Coffee Gator was founded by me, Phil Williams.
It's embarrassing to admit, but a few years ago, all I drank was instant coffee.
All that changed when I went on a 3-day hike to La Ciudad Perdida in Colombia. While we camped, the only hot drink was freshly-brewed coffee using local Colombian beans. During that trek, I fell in love with the amazing taste.
When I got home I wanted to recreate it - but I didn't know where to start. Eventually I learnt that making barista-level coffee yourself is not that hard. And I also learnt that great coffee making tools are essential.
Now my mission is to help everyone drink better coffee. We put great coffee making tools into the hands of people like you and we help make the whole coffee-making process simple.
